"The doorman was helpful, put our suitcases in the closet, parked the car and went and got me a bottled water when I came back to get one the next day when we went out touring. Also, all Front Desk staff were very friendly and very prompt service. Extra information: The Front Desk staff were very helpful with information about what to see and do. They seemed to take a real interest in us. The housekeeping was also exceptional. I loved the extra touches in the room such as bottled water and putting a CD in the CD player at night. Also the staff noticed little things and left an extra glass one night in the bathroom because they saw I had my toothbrush in one glass. I think you have a wonderful hotel and would happily stay here again - in fact I'd like to plan another trip here."
