Stewards set the stage for our Culinary and Food & Beverage Team to succeed. Ensuring all tableware, flatware and glassware are hygienically sanitized and readily available for service.
As a Dishwasher/Steward you will:
- Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.
- Ensure all tableware, flatware and glassware are hygienically sanitized.
- Ensure Kitchen and Kitchen preparation area are clean and free from debris.
- Receive and put away new stock orders.
- Daily transport all refuse and recycling from Kitchen and Kitchen preparation areas..

Salary/Wage: $19.00 per hour, with a staff meal provided during every shift. Paid overtime.
