Café Server

As a Café Server you will:
- Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards is delivered at all times.
- Prepare and serve Barista style coffees.
- Describe food & beverages to The Pointe Restaurant standards.
- Ensure all allergies and dietary requests are managed.
- Assist with the preparation of Driftwood Cafe for ensuing shifts.
- Have knowledge of Silverware Point of Sale system.
- Stock and manage inventory levels.
- Work with appropriate food handling guidelines.
- Balance cash-outs.

- Previous restaurant serving experience.

- The ability to successfully work alone and/or in a team environment.
- Self-motivation to continually advance your knowledge about our food and beverage offerings.
- A calm, polite and approachable demeanour.
- A desire to contribute exciting and innovative ideas towards the ongoing improvement of The Pointe Restaurant and the Wickaninnish Inn as a whole.
- A valid Serving it Right certification.

Salary/Wage: $17.75 per hour
