This month and next, Relais & Châteaux members across 65 countries will spotlight local cheeses, wines, and fermented products for the 7th annual Food for Change campaign. With over 800 chefs and 580 properties participating, this Slow Food movement champions regenerative agriculture, animal welfare, and traditional preservation methods while celebrating diverse flavours. Showcased at the Inn will be Comox brie, aged cheddar from Qualicum, buffalo mozzarella from Courtenay, goat gouda from Chilliwack, and fresh chevre from Salt Spring.
